TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE (Athletic Game Workers)

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or Accredited General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• Ability to perform the essential job functions
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Must obtain fingerprinting through TEA prior to starting employment. The non-refundable fee is to be paid by the employee

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Skill in communicating effectively with diverse groups of individuals utilizing tact and diplomacy
• Ability to establish and maintain solid service relations with all staff, students, and administration
• Knowledge of proper campus procedures and etiquette
• Skill in coaching, accompanying, instruction, and tutoring etc. to meet the requirements of the position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain appropriate confidentiality concerning all students and staff
• Complete required forms,
• Perform duties assigned by District Staff
• Adhere to District policies and procedures
•  Attendance and punctuality is required

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work with students and staff with possible frequent interrupts
• Possible standing or sitting for long periods of time
• Prolonged or irregular hours
• Frequent exposure to noise
