TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE (Athletic Game Workers)
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or Accredited General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Ability to perform the essential job functions
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Must obtain fingerprinting through TEA prior to starting employment. The non-refundable fee is to be paid by the employee
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Skill in communicating effectively with diverse groups of individuals utilizing tact and diplomacy
- Ability to establish and maintain solid service relations with all staff, students, and administration
- Knowledge of proper campus procedures and etiquette
- Skill in coaching, accompanying, instruction, and tutoring etc. to meet the requirements of the position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality concerning all students and staff
- Complete required forms,
- Perform duties assigned by District Staff
- Adhere to District policies and procedures
- Attendance and punctuality is required
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work with students and staff with possible frequent interrupts
- Possible standing or sitting for long periods of time
- Prolonged or irregular hours
- Frequent exposure to noise
